Rebecca Gebremichael, Au.D.

Rebecca Gebremichael earned her Doctorate in Audiology from A. T. Still University in Mesa, Arizona. She completed her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Disorders and Sciences with a minor in Gerontology at California State University, Northridge. Her postgraduate training includes an extensive year-long Audiology and Neurotology internship in Newport Beach, CA where she provided a full range of audiological diagnostic and rehabilitative services for adult and pediatric populations.

Dr. Gebremichael brings an expert knowledge of clinical Audiology and audiometric evaluation as well as diagnostic Neurotology to Ocean Hearing Care. She has current expertise and experience with the most sophisticated hearing instruments available.  Dr. Gebremichael has also served humanity through multiple Audiological Mission trips to Ethiopia with Healing the Children – Philadelphia Chapter.

Dr. Gebremichael is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology.

Patrick Simon, M.D.

Dr. Patrick Simon, a board-certified head and neck surgeon, has training in both Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery as well as Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery.
A Chicago native, Dr. Simon attended the University of Illinois at Chicago for medical school, and was selected to Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society in the third year of his training. He completed his Head and Neck Surgery training at Northwestern Memorial Hospital, in Chicago. Residency training included extensive exposure to all aspects of surgery of the face including head and neck cancer resection and reconstruction, functional and cosmetic nasal surgery, aesthetic facial surgery and extensive training in sinus surgery.
At the conclusion of his Chicago training he was selected for a prestigious American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Fellowship (AAFPRS). This fellowship was completed in Manhattan, New York, at Lenox Hill Hospital and Manhattan Eye, Ear and Throat Hospital, under the guidance of the world renown surgeons: Dr. Steven Pearlman, MD, Thomas Romo, MD, and Peter Costantino, MD.

Robin Mock, Au.D.

Dr. Robin Mock, AuD, received her Doctorate in Audiology from Indiana University in 2004.  Since then she has traveled the world developing and expanding her hearing healthcare skills.  Her journey began at a leading hearing aid manufacturer, Phonak LLC.  She started with Phonak in New Zealand as a traveling Audiology Sales and Service Representative.   Her love of travel suited her well in this role and took her to Europe and other countries promoting and supporting hearing care through leading hearing aid technology.  She then transferred to Phonak US as Territory Trainer for California, Nevada and Arizona.  As an audiology trainer she advanced her technical skills in the hearing aid industry and shared these skills by training other hearing health care providers in the area which also helped develop her passion for teaching.  Dr. Robin Mock now finds herself back in the medical clinic and using her years of experience and expertise directly helping and serving patients.  We are pleased to welcome and introduce you to Dr. Robin Mock, Manager of Audiology Services for Ocean Hearing Care. Robert J. Andrews, M.D.

Dr. Robert J. Andrews is a board-certified otolaryngologist practicing at Southern California Head and Neck Medical Group since 1998, as well as serving as the Director of the Voice Center of Southern California.
Considered an authority in his field, Dr. Andrews holds hospital appointments at Saint John’s Health Center, where he serves as Chief of Otolaryngology and as a member of the Surgery and Cancer Committees. Dr. Andrews also shares his knowledge and expertise with young doctors as an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Division of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery at the University of California, San Diego Medical Center. In addition, Dr. Andrews is the team otolaryngologist for the Los Angeles Galaxy.
Dr. Andrews graduated with honors from both Stanford University, where he received his undergraduate degree, and the University of Florida College of Medicine. He then completed his internship and residency training in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery at the University of California, Los Angeles. Dedicated to furthering his expertise in laryngology and voice disorders, Dr. Andrews also completed a fellowship in Laryngology and Care of the Professional Voice at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.

David M. Butler, M.D.

Board-certified both by the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the American Board of Otolaryngology, Dr. David M. Butler has been a partner of Southern California Head and Neck Medical Group since 1988.
Respected and revered by his patients and fellow doctors, Dr. Butler maintains active privileges at St. John’s Health Center, where he is a past President of the Medical Staff. He is also an Assistant Clinical Professor of Head and Neck Surgery at the University California, Los Angeles, where he received the Clinical Training Award for his dedication to educating young doctors.
Dr. Butler graduated from New York Medical College with his medical degree, where his professors and peers elected him a member of Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. He completed his residency training in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery at the University of California, San Diego Medical Center and served as Chief Resident during his final year.

Chipp St. Kevin Miller, M.D.

Dr. Miller also serves as an Assistant Clinical Professor of Surgery at UCLA School of Medicine, and has served as Residency Instructor at Santa Monica UCLA Hospital and as Mentor for the UCLA School of Medicine, where he has shared his skills and expertise with residents, interns, and medical students. Dr. Miller has received the Distinguished Teaching Award from the Division of Head and Neck Surgery at UCLA Medical Center.
